NOTE – for this application you will need a password. Please contact ATS at 905-529-1212 for your password. Only DARTS passengers and authorized caregivers will be issued passwords.

This application shows the aproximate location of your bus up to 30 minutes prior to your negotiated time.
• Enter your passenger number and the password.
• A map will pop up with the location of the bus.
• The pick-up time, vehicle number and estimated on board time will also be displayed.


2. Where is my Ride: Smart Phone Version

The Smart phone versions of Where Is My Ride are available from Google Play or the Apple App Store
Search for “Where Is My Ride, Hamilton” and download/install the free app.

• Enter your passenger number and the password under settings.
• The map will update with the location of your bus.
• The pick-up time, vehicle number and estimated on board time will also be displayed.
